Beyond the aid provided in Switzerland and Ethiopia, we try to help whenever possible. Here are other actions carried out in recent years in other countries.

Kenya - 2023

Solidarity trip from ES Santé Lausanne to Kenya

Led by Alain and supported by For Equity, around ten young people took part in this trip, during which they organised food distributions in the Kibera slum in Nairobi, and supported the Women Power Group, a local organisation which helps HIV-positive women.

Syria - 2023

Support for an orphanage following the February 2023 earthquake

Contacted following the earthquake that shook Syria in February 2023, For Equity granted a one-off donation of CHF 3,000 to an orphanage known to one of the association's members. This money was mainly used to buy warm clothes for the orphans in the establishment.

Senegal - 2022

Donation of a complete set of jerseys for a team in the South of Dakar

 

A huge thank you to the Foot Région Morges club who donated several of their old jersey kits to For Equity, so that they could be distributed to teams in need. This time it is the team from Popenguine, a village located south of Dakar on the Atlantic coast, that has benefited from this donation.

India - 2009-2021

Sewing school and nursery for women victims of domestic violence

This sewing school project was developed to allow women who are victims of domestic violence or have suffered personal trauma to train and achieve professional autonomy. In addition, a crèche that can accommodate their children has been developed to offer them a safe place during off-peak hours of the day.

India - 2015

Annai Theresa Hospital

Project carried out by young people from the Morges gymnasium supervised by the For Equity association in Irusamanallur, Tamil Nadu, in the South-East of India.


A dispensary welcoming up to 40 patients per day for the 5,000 inhabitants without medical care living in the 58 surrounding villages.
